Army Times Story on the Purple Heart Controversy

The Army Times posted a story about my family’s continued efforts to secure Lou’s Purple Heart. (Read the story here.) As the widow of someone who was first murdered, and then determined by the military to be unworthy of recognition, it is enormously refreshing that the Army Times, unlike most of the rest of the media, continues to believe in the merit of this effort and Lou’s legacy.
