If You’re a Criminal, You’re an Idiot

Brevard County Sheriff Wayne Ivey wears more than one badge; in addition to his Sheriff badge, he wears another badge of honor -  he’s often called "the most politically incorrect sheriff in the country. " 

And he’s just as proud of that badge as he is of his Sheriff’s badge.

“If you’re a criminal, you’re an idiot,”  Ivey said in a recent Fox News interview.

After clarifying the difference between career criminals and those who make dumb mistakes that they work to recover from, Ivey emphasized that if you are a criminal in Brevard County, he’s coming for you.

And he’s not going to dance around your feelings in the process. 

“I wasn't elected to protect people's little feelings,” Brevard County Sheriff Wayne Ivey says. “I was elected to protect the Constitution.”

Ivey has a weekly social media event watched by many in the county. Each week, he spins a wheel called “Wheel of Fugitives” featuring ten of the county’s people who are wanted for various crimes. He then shares details of the person the spinner lands on, urging them to turn themselves in. 

"Even the fugitives watch it" to see who becomes "fugitive of the week," Ivey says.

Of course, Ivey is just as denounced for his approach to law enforcement as he is celebrated. He’s even been sued by a person featured on the wheel. But he doesn’t let any of that stop him, and while it’s probably unpleasant for those who commit crimes in Brevard County, that’s the whole point, isn’t it.

And it’s refreshing to see citizens being protected from crime, rather than told to bend over and take it, as is the case in the world of the Left. 

_{Hunter Conviction Probably Not Cause to Celebrate}

Yes, it is somewhat of a morale boost to see someone from the Lunatic Left side be held accountable for their crimes. It is an unfamiliar feeling to see the hubris of the Biden family take even a tiny little hit as Hunter is convicted. 

But don’t celebrate it for more than a nanosecond, because it’s probably not the sign of change we are all hoping for. 

If he sees the inside of a jail cell, does anyone think his dad won’t pardon him the moment the election is over? 

Are you already tired of hearing people use this conviction as “proof” that the justice system and the case against Trump is not, in fact, slanted?

And don’t forget the influence peddling we all know both Bidens are guilty of.

The list of offenses committed by the Biden family is long. The poll numbers for Joe are impossible to overlook. This conviction will be used in attempts to show America that Biden puts justice and equality first. It is red meat tossed to us, the Americans starving for change. 

It is not time to gloat or cheer. It is time to double down.

Let’s see what happens in the tax evasion trial Hunter faces next.

Let’s see what happens with the laptop and with people in positions of power on both sides of the aisle, who have sinned against us all. 

And let’s not let up in our effort to reclaim this country.
