Harris’ Body Count Began When She Was DA, Escalated During Her VP Term, and Will Destroy America If Elected President

Vice President Kamala Harris was a strong advocate for sanctuary cities during her tenure as district attorney in San Francisco, declaring the city a permanent refuge for illegal immigrants.

As she now leads the Democratic presidential race, Republicans highlight her past liberal stance on immigration, which they view as lenient on illegal migrants and dangerous for American citizens. 

Elected in 2004, Harris upheld San Francisco’s sanctuary city policy, arguing it enabled immigrants to report crimes without fear of deportation.

She maintained this perspective, asserting as recently as 2019 that "an undocumented immigrant is not a criminal." However, her tenure saw controversy, notably with the 2008 triple murder committed by Edwin Ramos, an illegal migrant from El Salvador. Ramos, who had prior arrests for gang-related violence, was not handed over to federal authorities due to city policies at the time.

The brutal murders of Tony Bologna and his two sons by Ramos shocked the country and devastated Danielle Bologna. Before the triple shooting, Ramos has been arrested several times as a juvenile for being involved in a gang-related assault on a bus passenger and an attempted robbery of a pregnant woman, per the San Francisco Chronicle.

In both cases, he was not referred to federal authorities because it was a city policy not to question the immigration status of juveniles. Tony’s widow,  Danielle Bologna,  blasted the liberal policies that led to her devastating loss; 

“It was senseless,” Danielle Bologna said at the time, per the San Francisco Chronicle.“And to think they didn’t deport him back, knowing that he did not have papers and he was here illegally, it is a big issue…They need to take responsibility, the city,” she said.“They didn’t do anything. … He should have been deported. This is huge. I’m extremely angry about this.”

Another case during Harris's time as DA involved Rony Aguilera, an illegal migrant from Honduras. Despite a prior conviction for assault, Aguilera was not referred to federal authorities. Free to roam the country under policies Harris still advocates for, Aguilera attacked Ivan Miranda, who was innocently walking down the street, on his way to return an iPad to a friend. .Aguilera attacked Miranda with a sword, almost decapitating him. Aguilera received a 40-year prison sentence.

Harris also spearheaded the "Back on Track" program for low-level drug offenders and opened up this taxpayer-funded resource to illegals, including Alexander Izaguirre. Despite prior arrests, Izaguirre was selected for the program and subsequently attacked Amanda Kiefer. After stealing Kiefer’s purse, Izaguirre ran her over with an SUV, fracturing her skull. Harris admitted this incident was a “pimple” on the program, but continued to send illegals into it. 

In 2015, José Inez García Zárate, an illegal from Mexico was in the U.S. fatally shot Kate Steinle, 32, along a crowded Pier 14 where she was walking with her father and a family friend. He had already been deported five times and was on track to be removed from the U.S. again when he shot Steinle. This killing occurred in San Francisco, where Harris was DA. Zárate had seven felony convictions at the time of his final arrest.

As a result of this crime, Congressional Republicans crafted Kate’s Law legislation, also called the Stop Illegal Reentry Act, to increase maximum penalties for criminal aliens who attempt to re-enter the country.

Harris and other Democrats remained committed to blocking it. Senate Democrats are expressing confidence that they’ll be able to block the bills if they are brought up for a vote. 

“I will do whatever I can in order to stop them. These are only punitive in nature, they don’t deal with the totality of the reality of our immigration challenge, and as a continuing part of the Republican saga that only looks at one element, and looks at it in a way that is totally disproportionate,” Sen. Bob Menendez (D-N.J.) said. 

Democrats previously blocked similar proposals in 2015 and 2016. 

Ultimately, Kate’s Law was passed in 2017. 

Since Biden crowned Harris the Border Czar, the borders have been opened and millions of illegals poured in receiving taxpayer resources, free from the vaccine mandates Americans lost jobs over, importing fentanyl responsible for thousands of American deaths, and resulting in the savage murders of American citizens. 

She is so bad that the House of Representatives voted along bipartisan lines to condemn her handling of the U.S. southern border.

America is already teetering close to the point of no return, thanks to Harris and the radical policies the Democrats imposed. We cannot withstand four more years of them running the country.
