I absolutely love working with clients to put their personal stories and professional expertise into their very own books. Whether you have written your book and need an editor, you have a concept for your book but don’t know how to put it together, or you know exactly what you want your book to be but don’t know how to get it done, I am here for you!

Depending on where you are in your process, what your availability, timeline, and budget are, I can have you holding your manuscript in anywhere from 30 days to 6 months.

Your book is unique, and I will customize this experience for you.

  1. DISCOVERY: Let’s get to know each other! We’ll talk about all the things you want to do with your book, where you are at in your process, answer your questions, and determine if we are a good fit for one another.

  2. STRATEGY: In our strategy session(s), we get busy. We’ll map out your timeline and create your outline. We can do this in a full day in person meeting, or ZOOM it up.

  3. CONTENT: Get ready to let it out! We’ve already sorted through your outline and we know what stories and expertise you are sharing in your book. Now is when we unpack each item in our ZOOM or in person sessions.

    Here’s where your trust fall happens. I don’t take that for granted - it is a great big honor for me me, that you trust me with your story and message. The more you allow me to guide you through this process, the better results you will see.

    I make a transcript of our interviews. Once we sign off together, my real work begins. I write one chapter after each session. Then you’ll get those fun emails letting you know your chapter is ready for review! Together, we refine each chapter so you love it.

  4. REVISIONS: We have been revising each chapter as it is written. Once your manuscript is complete, all we need to do is read it through for any minor changes.

  5. MANUSCRIPT COMPLETION: Congratulations! Your manuscript is ready to rock and roll! I’ve already coached you on securing endorsements, a forward, and writing your own author’s note, so you have a manuscript ready to be published.

    We’ve also discussed the differences between self-publishing and traditional publishing. Armed with that information you will either connect with one of the publishers I recommend, publish on your own, or strike out on your quest for traditional publishing.

    I will continue to support you in accordance with your preference on working with me as a ghostwriter or co-author.
