American Freedom With Chris Widener

american freedom with Chris Widener

Chris Widener shares his personal story of adversity and how it shaped him to become involved in politics. He discusses his own Senate run and shares experiences of friends and colleagues who have also run for office.

Chris Widener describes the morale in our country today in one sentence, ““A lot of people just feel beaten up.”

For about ten years, says Chris, Americans who disagree with policies or riots or the duplicity of installing racism in our schools under the guise of eradicating it, have been labeled everything from “deplorable” to “racist, sexist, homophobic,” and even “Nazis.” In another ironic twist, the people shouting these insults the loudest are often using pages straight from Marxist playbooks.

Toss all that on top of 18 months of lockdowns, mandates, shaming, inflation, and all the other plagues Americans are faced with besides a virus with a 99% survival rate being used to achieve absolute power, and it’s no wonder so many Americans have come to the conclusion that it’s better to submit and surrender our American Spirit and our God-given liberties rather than stand alone in defending them.

But what if Americans begin to realize they are not, in fact, alone? What if what is being portrayed as a minority of dissenters is in reality a majority – a big majority?

We’ve seen the tide begin to turn and heard the voices of We the People raise up in the past few months. School board meetings have become arenas of reckoning and now, events like The American Freedom Tour are popping up to serve as a place for Americans to tap into their courage and their civic duty together.

On the one hand, says Chris, the American Freedom Tour will host events for thousands of people to gather and see for themselves that they are not alone. This will help embolden them to tap into the courage of their convictions. On the other hand, he is working to increase voter registration and engagement with the political and electoral aspects of restoring America to her rightful path. Chris is so passionate about this mission to inspire and recharge Americans that he’s all but walked away from his lucrative and highly fulfilling career.

Chris has come a long way from the struggles of his childhood. He was just four years old when his father died, leaving his mom to raise him and his siblings on her own. He moved 28 times, and went to 11 different schools while his mom moved from town to town flipping houses and he occasionally lived with relatives. He was just in fifth grade when he began using drugs, and moved into opium in the sixth grade. His story of overcoming those years and habits and turning his own life around is what his mentors like Zig Ziegler helped him refine to use as inspiration and education for audiences all over the world. But it is his own tenacity that helped Chris build businesses and craft his own American Dream

Having gone through so much and seen for himself how much this country has to offer, Chris wants to ensure Americans for generations to come have the same opportunities he’s had. So he’s not just going a little bit in on this mission of his; he’s all the way in- as in heading out on a 12 month trip around the country with speakers like Donald Trump Jr, Dinesh D’Souza, Kayleigh McEnany, Dan Bongino, and other Conservative Leaders and Experts from town to town, meeting and connecting with Americans who are sick and tired and being tired and told to fear sickness more than they value their own freedom.

This tour is well underway, but there are several events throughout the coming year and you can find out more on the event website. The American Freedom Tour is a perfect compliment to our own event in January, The Great American Summit
